Thrissur Pooram is an annual temple festival held in Kerala, India. It is held at the Vadakkunnathan temple in Thrissur every year. Something unique about this festival is that everything used in the festival is made fresh every year from scratch including the crafted umbrellas and the nettipattam.

Mmde Thrissur association in UAE conducted this event called Mmde Thrissur Pooram 2019 at Dubai Bollywood Parks and resorts recreating that feel of festivity, togetherness and happiness.

This included a variety of Kerala Traditional art performances along with the vibe of Bollywood performances by Dubai parks and resorts team. And the biggest attraction was the Melam led by Padmashree Peruvanam Kuttan Marar.
