Global Village 2018/19 runs from October 30 2018 to April 6 2019. Opening hours are Saturday to Wednesday 4 pm to midnight, and Thursday, Friday and public holidays 4 pm to 1 am. Mondays are for families and ladies.

A small admission fee is charged (15 AED for 2018/19). Entrance is free for children under 3, seniors, and special needs visitors. Carnaval fairground rides cost extra. Family packages priced at 99 AED are also available. Each package includes four entry tickets, 105 AED credit for the rides at Carnaval, and a valet parking ticket.

The Global Village is situated on Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road in Dubailand, just east of Arabian Ranches.

The Dubai Road and Transport Authority (RTA) are running four bus services to Global Village. The 102 service departs from Rashidiya Metro Station near Dubai International Airport. The 103 service departs from Union Metro Station in Deira. The 104 service leaves from Al Ghubaiba Metro Station in Bur Dubai. The 106 service starts at the Mall of the Emirates Metro Station. Services run from mid-afternoon until late at night.
