Dubai Creek Harbour will be home to the Dubai Creek Tower which according to rumors will be at least 1000 meters (3,300 ft) and there are rumors that it will possibly be 1300 meters tall (4,265 ft). The tower will be completed in 2020.

I visited Dubai in October and filmed from a ferry the Dubai Harbour city under construction!
The tower will be surrounded by many skyscrapers including the ones you see in the video.
