Creek Beach Phase 3 by Emaar is nearing completion at Dubai Creek Harbour, with Engineering Contracting Company LLC (ECC) set to finalize the last phase of the development.

Spanning a built-up area of 182,700 m², ECC being the primary contractor, is responsible for constructing 14 buildings ranging from 6 to 12 floors, which include both a common ground and mezzanine floor.
