This is everything I ate at a sunset bbq on a Dubai desert safari! We settled down for a bbq dinner at a camp they’ve set up in the middle of the desert. They had a selection of Arabic, emirate and Indian food, Like emirate chicken macaroni which had a spiced tomato sauce.
And Arabian rice , Emirate traditional machbous rice, and Indian biryani rice. And they had so many salads, which always adds freshness and acidity
and the best part was the fresh naan and grilled meats. This lamb kebab paired so well with creamy yogurt sauce and acidic fresh tabouleh salad ! After dinner we had some tea coffee and desserts the bread pudding had spices and nuts and had shish & watched traditional Khaliji dancing and a fire show.
