I spent a lovely time skating on the Jumeirah Beach cycle track. It spans 19kms along some of the coast line from Dubai Frame through to Umm Suqeim. There’s a maximum speed limit for cyclists and scooters of 20km/h. There’s also a walking and jogging track so it’s suitable for everyone.
